JOB DESCRIPTION:


Alter Domus is a global professional services firm specializing in strategic management support for alternative investments. Our Enterprise Credit & Risk Analytics (ECRA) business unit provides innovative solutions to help our clients effectively assess, manage, monitor and mitigate credit, portfolio and operational risks. We are committed to delivering high-quality, value-added services and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each of our clients.

As a member of the ECRA quantitative team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing quantitative models. You will work closely with our quant managers and other ECRA team members to develop credit models, cash flow models and various analytical scripts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support, develop and implement credit risk models, methodologies, and analytical tools
  • Conduct credit and risk analyses on client portfolios and individual assets
  • Support new business opportunities as a data analyst
  • Prepare detailed credit and risk reports, presentations, and dashboards for clients
  • Keep current with industry trends and best practices in risk management and credit modelling

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience in R and Python for data analysis and modeling, skilled in transforming raw data into meaningful insights through effective coding and analytical techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in quantitative modelling, credit risk analysis, and financial risk modelling
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in data transformation, data visualization, and statistical analysis
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and methodologies in a fast-paced environment
