JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an International Tax Manager, you will partner with the tax and finance teams, in ensuring implementation of the tax strategy of this fast-growth global professional services firm. You will work across a mix of corporate income taxwith a focus on transfer pricing matters further strengthening the management of all tax and compliance matters within the group.
You will work to enhance quality of our transfer pricing management and deliver commercial and P&L opportunities at a strategic and operational level.
Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, you will work closely with the finance teams in EMEA, US and APAC.
YOUR RESPONSBILITIES
• The role will provide support for global transfer pricing, transactions (such as M&A and internal restructuring), international compliance and tax accounting.
• In relation to transfer pricing, the role will include the following;
• Policy Development and Implementation: Work with our transfer pricing specialist to design and implement comprehensive transfer pricing policies aligned with business objectives and international tax regulations, considering factors like functional analysis, and remuneration methods.
• Documentation and Reporting: Work with our transfer pricing specialist to prepare detailed transfer pricing documentation to support the chosen pricing methodologies and defend against potential tax audits, including intercompany transaction details, functional analysis, and economic justifications.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business, including finance, legal, operations, to ensure alignment on transfer pricing strategies, compliance, support international business initiatives, ensure tax-efficient structures while following industry best practices.
• Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Continuously monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, identify potential transfer pricing risks, and implement necessary adjustments
• Assist with Pillar II implementation and compliance
• Assist with audit readiness and special tax-related projects
• Reviewing and monitoring changes in tax legislations, regulations, and litigations
• Liaising with external tax advisers in relation to outsourced projects (e.g. M&A advisory)
• Participating in international projects such as intra-group restructuring and assisting in the assessment of operational implications and providing practical advice.
• The role will allow the individual to develop their VAT and tax accounting knowledge which will be key strength of their role in supporting the business in the long term.

PROFILE
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in transfer pricing and/or corporate tax . Operational in-house tax experience would be a plus
• You are familiar with the tax challenges within an international organization.
• You speak English fluently.
• You have strong excel skills.
• Being a team player with “hands-on” mentality and by adopting a proactive approach towards day-to-day handling of tasks and projects.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are proactive, with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• You possess team spirit, risk awareness and work in autonomy.
