Internship in Talent Acquisition Operations team will give you the opportunity to gain experience by working with real HR documents within the team operating in an international environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sorting, systematization and registration of HR documents.
  • Preparation of documents for archival storage in accordance with company requirements.
  • Communication with wider HR team members in Europe and Asia.
  • Assistance updating internal depository and retention period instructions.
  • Assistance with other HR Operations team projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You are studying towards an undergraduate degree (or above).
  • You have high attention to detail combined with ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive data.
  • You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), Japanese language considered as an advantage.
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills, you prioritise teamwork, reliability and being organized and you take the initiative to solve problems.
  • You have positive attitude and good communication skills.
