JOB DESCRIPTION
The Head of Commercial Alliances and Partnerships is a member of the Commercial Leadership team reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for creating a strategic plan to develop an ecosystem of external relationships that align with the company's overarching goals. These relationships are cultivated to create mutual value, expand market reach, drive revenue, and enhance the company's offering.
This role is accountable for leading cross- functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Brand and Marketing and the go-to market teams in Commercial to deliver partner-driven initiatives aligned with GP needs and AD’s global commercial strategy.
PROFILE
- Strategy and execution: Develop and lead the comprehensive partnership strategy, from identifying and evaluating potential partners to execute the go-to-market plan.
 - Relationship management: Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners, including managing communication, expectations, and performance.
 - Negotiation: Lead complex contract discussions and negotiations with partners to establish favourable and sustainable strategic partnerships to drive incremental revenue, service adoption and market expansion across regions.
 - Cross-functional leadership: Partner with regional Sales and RM teams as well as the Product team to achieve growth targets through joint GTM planning, commercial enablement and strategic account engagement.
 - Amplify the AD brand: Collaborate with Marketing to build partner success stories that can be used to strengthen AD’s brand awareness and value proposition to enhance visibility in across the partnership ecosystem.
 - Performance tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of partnerships and regularly report on their performance to senior leadership.
 - Market analysis: Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities that can give the company a competitive advantage.
