Description du Poste:
Vous travaillerez pour un portefeuille de clients (sociétés immobilieres, holdings et sociétés de financement) et vous effectuerez les taches suivantes:
- Travaux de comptabilité pour la production de reportings mensuels, trimestriels et annuels;
- Participation à des missions de révision et d’établissement des comptes annuels;
- Préparation des déclarations fiscales diverses (liasses fiscales, TVA, CVAE,…) et contacts avec les autorités fiscales si nécessaire;
- Assistance aux commissaires aux comptes lors de leurs travaux d’audit légal des sociétés clientes,
- Accompagnement des clients dans la création et l'administration de sociétés holdings, de sociétés de financement ainsi que de sociétés immobilières,
- Vous travaillerez sous la supervision de chefs de missions qui vous accompagneront dans votre développement professionel.
Votre Profil:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme comptable et/ou financier (minimum BTS);
- Vous bénéficiez de 1 à 4 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité (la connaissance de la comptabilité Real Estate sera considérée comme un atout);
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, la maîtrise de Sage Coala est un plus);
- Vous disposez de bonnes qualités de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais;
- Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, curieux, avez le sens de l’anticipation, l'esprit d'équipe et la capacité à construire des relations fortes avec les clients.
