JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, Data & Analytics, you will be responsible to sell Solvas software solutions and related services. Specifically, you will:
- Identify and maintain key target client pls, build a pipeline of new clients, and cross-sell into existing accounts in partnership with the Relationship Management teams.
- Support and be accountable to Solvas business unit leader for various sales and business development endeavors including sales reporting, relationship management, and client updates.
- Actively drive and participate in sales and contracting activities with key clients
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demos
- Respond to RFPs, Service Level Agreements and Negotiate pricing
- Market and cross-sell other Alter Domus and Data & Analytic products and services
- Collaborate with regional service delivery and account management teams to ensure business opportunities are fully assessed and in accordance with Alter Domus policies and procedures.
- Support the achievement of an ambitious sales target underpinned by a centralized sales and growth plan to help Alter Domus achieve its commercial objectives in North America for Solvas Solutions.
- Proactively build your internal and external business networks, driving personal and business growth through a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and business feeders and identify new business leads in the local and international markets to build a pipeline of target opportunities.
- Keep watch on local and international regulatory updates that affect the industries our clients operate in.
- Actively monitor competitor activities and deliver insights on market trends to anticipate future client needs.
- Maintain sales pipeline data that is fit for accurate forecasting and reporting by regularly using standard sales tools, review cadences, and processes.
- Diligently record all key contract information, interactions, activities, and other commercially relevant details about accounts or opportunities
- Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role model to our people, clients, and customers to embed the Alter Domus Values and to promote our Employer Value Proposition.
- Travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and events.
PROFILE
- Minimum 5+ years of direct outside sales experience complemented by measurable success targeting the alternative investment marketplace, financial services, and/or the banking space.
- Experience and a proven track record in selling and demoing SaaS-based software solutions.
- Knowledge or direct experience in loan administration, document processing, or other relevant functional matter areas in the syndicated loan or private credit markets
- Experience in active sales pipeline management and CRM tools.
- Strong commercial skills to identify, target and build client pipelines with the credibility to open doors across the sector.
- Superior business insight, client presentation skills, and commercial acumen
- Minimum educational attainment of a university degree.
