The Academy Partner will collaborate closely with business leaders, subject-matter experts, and our global Academy team to deliver impactful learning experiences that help employees integrate quickly, grow their skills, and perform at their best. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about developing people at scale.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSABILITIES:
- Lead and support the design, enhancement, and refresh of onboarding, professional skills, and technical training programs for Client Delivery Centers globally.
- Ensure learning solutions are practical, relevant, engaging, and aligned with business needs.
- Maintain and update curricula, learning paths, and materials as processes evolve.
- Incorporate learner feedback and insights to improve program quality and impact.
- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning sessions across Client Delivery Centers locations in EMEA, APAC, and North America.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that accelerates new joiners’ integration and performance.
- Partner with business leaders and People Partners to understand capability needs and learning priorities across regions.
- Contribute to the development of annual and ongoing learning plans aligned with business goals.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with Academy Champions, SMEs, operational leaders, and People Partners across locations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning programs meet operational needs and employee expectations.
- Support communication and engagement around Academy programs.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, talent development, or a related field.
- Experience designing or enhancing training programs is strongly preferred.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, comfortable presenting to diverse global audiences.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with LMS/LXP platforms; e-learning development skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, HR, or a related field is preferred.

Monthly salary: Monthly base salary for this position is from 4,000 EUR to 5,750 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
