  • Assist in sorting and organising employee files, ensuring that all relevant documents are accounted for
  • Upload and index documents to the documents management solution
  • Ensure that all migrated documents are appropriately labelled and categorized
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout process
  • Provide regular updates to HR Manager on status of the migration project
  • Support with other administrative tasks related to employee file management as needed
  • Communication with wider HR team members in Europe and Asia.
  • Assistance updating internal depository and retention period instructions.
  • Assistance with other HR Operations team projects.
