Our North America Story
Our presence in North America has been a story of growth ever since we opened our first office in New York in 2007. It has also been a story of ambition, as our acquisitions of Investors Economic Assurance (IEA), Strata Fund Solutions, IPS Fund Services, Cortland Capital Market Services, and Carta Fund Services brought the added expertise and experience that has allowed us to flourish.
With €1.9tn in assets under administration, our 1,700 US teammates from Atlanta (GA), Brea (CA), Boston (MA), Carmel (IN), Chicago (IL), Darien (CT), New York City (NY), Salt Lake City and Ogden (UT) have a wealth of knowledge in alternative asset administration.
In addition to domestic ambitions, our teams are expertly skilled at helping clients execute their plans for international expansion. To do so, we leverage our global footprint and work closely with our teams across Europe and Asia Pacific, ensuring that we maximize opportunities and provide the highest service levels.

Graduates are hired as full-time permanent employees. During the first 10 weeks of their employment, they are part of the ADvance Program. This program was designed specifically for new graduates and focuses on growing both technical and professional skills.

From exciting team events and sports activities to our commitment to diversity and charitable initiatives, AD North America cultivates an environment where every team member can flourish and make a meaningful impact.
Our Carmel team had a fantastic time at a baseball game as part of our summer activities! It was a great opportunity to relax, enjoy the game, and strengthen our team bonds.
We celebrated Pride Month with vibrant activities and events, fostering inclusivity and support for the LGBTQ+ community.
Members of our Chicago team joined the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, competing in a 3.5-mile race through Grant Park.
Our Women Business Resource Group in Chicago hosted a fun event creating blankets for a local women and children’s shelter. They also collected donations and brought in treats from a local, minority-owned women’s bakery.
The AD Chicago office celebrated Earth Day by decorating plant pots and taking home wildflower seed packets. Participants enjoyed decorated cookies during this fun and creative workday event.
Our Boston team has settled into its new offices, and it’s a pleasure to see everyone together again in a stylish and modern setting that boosts both conviviality and concentration.
