Your role
The Relationship Management Manager is responsible for fostering strong client relationships with a focus on all asset classes. This role involves supporting the execution of an effective relationship management strategy and contributing to the sales roadmap for clients across various asset classes, with emphasis on Private Credit.
Your responsibilities
• Assist in achieving ambitious sales targets by contributing to a centralized sales and growth plan that aligns with Alter Domus's commercial objectives in the North America market.
• Enhance and grow the current client portfolio by offering both Funds and Corporate Services with an emphasis on Private Credit market.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Private Credit, Loan Administration, Loan Servicing.
• Analyze data and monitor KPIs to assess client profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets, achieving your own sales targets.
• Stay informed about local and international regulatory changes that impact our industry and specifically our clients.
• Ensure timely communication of new developments and business challenges across the organization and to the client base.
• Collaborate on proposals for new clients and engagements, including scoping, pricing, and initial onboarding activities.
• Manage bad debt recovery processes and oversee cash collection escalations.
• Actively engage with and expand your network of business partners and referral sources.
Your profile
• Hold a degree in either Management, Accountancy, Economics or Banking and Finance.
• Experience working in the competitive landscape within the financial services industry and overall awareness of the legal and regulatory environment.
• Ability to meet people and build business relationships.
• You are autonomous, have strong organizational skills and abilities to adapt, great attention to detail, you have excellent listening skills and interpersonal skills.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills (active listening, storytelling, presentation skills, negotiation skills and social selling)
• Self-Starter who can establish and organize daily sales activities working fully independently.
• Highly motivated and results driven with consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Possess the highest personal and professional integrity.
