Job Description:
- A Junior Bank Account Officer reliably executes on a pre-defined bank account management-related service catalogue.
- Prepares standard bank account opening, maintaining and closing documents for assigned entities in accordance with a pre-defined process.
- Prepares and maintains fact sheets containing entities and bank account details.
- Coordinates the execution of documents.
- Maintains internal databases and automated control checks.
- Deals with a broad range of requests via email inbox.
- General administration duties, including filing of documents, preparing presentations, organizing meetings and arranging courier.
Your profile:
- You are fluent in English (oral/written).
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics.
- You have 3 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in banking, finance or office administration.
- You have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- You are a team player and are flexible with respect to your working schedule and taking on ad-hoc tasks.
- You fully understand, reliably executes on deliverables and deadlines relating to own service catalogue.
- You are diligent in completing high-quality, error-free work.
- You are pro-actively building up subject matter expertise and general industry knowledge.
- You apply curiosity and enthusiasm in the role.
