Job Summary:

As an AI Senior Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that Alter Domus usage and development of AI meet stringent security standards and are resilient against attacks. This includes developing and implementing security requirements and assessment procedures for AI systems, monitoring AI assets for security gaps, and collaborating with technology stakeholders to deploy secure AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior AI Security Analyst serves as a senior technical expert responsible for securing enterprise AI usage and AI applications across their full lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, inference pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI applications  and agentic AI workflows.  This role will lead advanced security assessments, identify vulnerabilities unique to AI-enabled platforms, and help assist architect secure-by-design solutions for cloud environments.

Working closely with data, cloud and AI engineering teams, the Senior analyst designs and implement security controls that protect sensitive data, model artifacts, embeddings, and inference services from emerging threats. As a senior contributor, this role influences architectural security decisions, advances AI-specific threat detection and mitigation strategies, and strengthens the organization’s overall AI security and responsible AI posture.

The role entails the following:

  • Implement and evaluate AI Security guardrails for the organization’s AI usage and development of AI, including agentic AI workflows.
  • Analyze and build security requirements for AI agents and AI-enabled applications in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Lead secure design and architecture reviews for AI features, APIs, and platform components.
  • Document threat models, attack surfaces, risk assessments, mitigations, and compliance artifacts.
  • Evaluate emerging AI security technologies, including model fingerprinting, inference protection, and secure execution environments.
  • Lead enterprise adoption of responsible AI, data protection, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Contribute to cloud security posture management capabilities for AI-enabled platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally and independently to effectively collaborate with IT teams to rapidly implement AI solutions with moving targets and deadlines.
  • Research and analyze AI-enabled threats, adversarial machine learning attacks, and defensive strategies.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into security analytics, dashboards, or workflow automation.
  • Tune AI cyber protection policies (inline DLP and SSDLC) to enable blocking.
  • Present findings and recommendations to technical stakeholders.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the AI security program.

Qualifications  (MUST HAVES):

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, DevSecOps roles.
  • Demonstrated experience securing AI systems in production environments.
  • Stellar understanding of pipelines, model architecture, and AI system components including LLM, MCP gateways and RAG vector databases
  • Ability to perform threat model security reviews against AI systems and agentic workflows against AI benchmarks such as NIST AI RMF , OWASP top 10 for LLM Applications, MITRE ATLAS, AICM, ISO/IEC 42001
  • Knowledge of adversarial AI attack vectors and mitigation techniques.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, security testing tools, and cloud security frameworks.
  • Ability to assess risk across distributed services, storage systems, inference APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and sound technical judgment in security decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security environments such as AWS, Azure.

Preferred Qualifications (SHOULD HAVES):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree or advanced training in cybersecurity, AI, or related discipline.
  • Security and cloud certifications
  • Hands on experience in Application Security / DevSecOps.
  • Experience securing AI platforms on AWS, including Kubernetes security (RBAC, network policies) and multi-tenant GPU workloads.
  • Experience implementing zero-trust architecture and securing CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
  • Expertise with secrets management solutions (e.g., Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault).
  • Deep knowledge of generative AI and RAG security, including prevention of prompt injections, jailbreaks, context poisoning, and embedding leakage.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI defense techniques such as model watermarking, inference integrity checks, and output validation frameworks.
  • Develop adversarial testing frameworks to validate the robustness of AI security models.
