JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform end-to-end Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation for private credit funds on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual NAV pack.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for investment portfolios, including loan investments, interest accruals, fee calculations, realized and unrealized gains/losses, and other fund transactions.
• Process and monitor capital calls, investor contributions, distributions, redemptions, and related investor allocations.
• Validate waterfall calculations, management fees, carried interest allocations, and investor allocation methodologies.
• Handle daily cash activities and notices on assigned funds.
• Prepare cash, Position and accrued interest reconciliation, Investigate and resolve breaks.
• Participate in annual audits, including preparation of financial reports and responses to auditor queries.
• Review annual and interim financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, LUX GAAP and IFRS.
• Sign off as reviewer on SOC1 checklist and support SOC external audit requests; 
• Understand the governing agreements between Alter Domus and the client.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple client deliverables while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

YOUR PROFILE:

• 4-8 years of experience in Fund Accounting, with significant exposure to Private Credit.
• High-performing accounting graduate.
• Strong understanding of private credit fund structures and debt instruments like Syndicated Loans, Direct Lending Investments, Mezzanine Debt, CLOs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CA,CMA,ACCA,CFA or CA/CMA Inter/MBA finance with relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
