JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for client delivery and will work as part of a team to achieve and meet their needs. Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Managing securitisation transactions involving entity incorporation, transaction closing and life cycle management including liquidations
- Oversight of the accounting records for multicompartment SV and financing vehicles, monthly reporting, cost allocation and liquidity management.
- New transaction closings – review of legal documents and liaising with the lawyers in charge of drafting documents.
- In charge of drafting and review of transaction board minutes and shareholder resolutions.
- Assisting in the coordination of year-end audits.
- Oversight of preparing periodic tax and VAT returns and maintaining relevant contact with the Luxembourg tax authorities and tax advisers.
- Oversight and coordination of BCL reporting preparation, FATCA / CRS and other regulatory obligation applicable to the structure.
- Taking mandates on board of the portfolio entities.
- Oversee and design the delivery model across functionalised tasks and teams.
- Being a central point of contact for all the stakeholder internally and externally.
- Manager a team of around 6-8 people, cross jurisdiction. Take charge of progression and succession planning, coaching, training and development.
- In charge of financial KPIs on the assigned portfolio, billing and debt collection.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are educated to at least the level of bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit or economics. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.
- You have at least 5 years of experience working on the portfolio of securitisation transactions in Luxembourg within a corporate service provider and 8 years of relevant experience in total.
- You have 3+ years of people management experience.
- You master accounting (including multicompartment structure, liquidity management and cost allocation methods), tax and regulatory environment in Luxembourg.
- You are familiar with how the securitisation transaction is structured and understand the responsibilities of the Issuer in the transaction and able to monitor and drive the actions required.
- You are familiar with notes issuance (registered and cleared)
- You have excellent people leadership skills and strong skills in developing others / creating scalable solutions.
- You have excellent organization skills, multitasking, prioritization and planning skills.
- You are self-driven person with a vision.
- You are fluent in English (knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset).
- You possess team spirit, a capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction (when appropriate).
