DESCRIPTION DU ROLE:

En tant que Manager, vous êtes le garant de la qualité des livrables, de l'excellence du service et l'interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients. À ce titre, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:

  • Pilotage et management d'une équipe d'une trentaine de collaborateurs (recrutement, formation, organisation, évaluation), avec pour mission d'assurer un service de haute qualité sur l'ensemble des dossiers de comptabilité de fonds pour des clients internationaux.
  • Interlocuteur principal et référent client : vous êtes le point de contact central et le point d'escalation de nos clients au quotidien. Vous apportez des réponses claires, rapides et fiables à leurs questions, anticipez leurs besoins et entretenez une relation de confiance durable.
  • Garant de la satisfaction et de la fidélisation client: vous veillez à ce que chaque interaction avec le client reflète les standards d'excellence d'Alter Domus, en assurant un suivi proactif et une communication transparente à chaque étape.
  • Gestionnaire d'un portefeuille de fonds et/ou holdings de Private Equity, en contact direct avec les sociétés de gestion, en garantissant la fiabilité, la précision et la ponctualité des informations transmises.
  • Responsable de l'amélioration continue et de la standardisation des process, afin de garantir la qualité des livrables, le strict respect des délais et la rentabilité des dossiers.
  • Supervision de la préparation des reportings investisseurs (notices d'appels de fonds ou de distribution, capital accounts), en vous assurant de leur conformité et en étant disponible pour répondre aux interrogations des clients à leur sujet.
  • Suivi de la facturation clients et de la rentabilité, en maintenant un dialogue ouvert et constructif avec vos clients.
  • Support au développement commercial (participation aux réunions avec des prospects, établissement des propositions tarifaires), en mettant en avant la qualité de la relation client comme différenciateur clé d'Alter Domus.
  • Implication dans des projets locaux ou groupe, en portant les exigences de qualité de service à chaque étape. 

VOTRE PROFIL:

  • Titulaire d'un Master ou d'un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou économie.
  • Expérience de management d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la comptabilité de fonds Private Equity.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word ; la maîtrise d'eFront est un plus).
  • Excellentes qualités de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
  • Rigoureux, organisé, curieux, avec un sens aigu de l'anticipation, un fort esprit d'équipe et une réelle aptitude à construire et entretenir des relations solides et de confiance avec vos clients et vos collaborateurs.
