Job DESCRIPTION:

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to actively participate to the deployment, support and adoption of our business transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Business Transformation Team leader.

your responsibilities will include:

• Act as a key person in the delivery of business transformation initiatives
• Act as the link between Operations and IT teams to gather business requirements
• Lead and keep log of workshops to get a deep understanding of the various relevant business processes
• Write project documentation (solution design documents, technical specifications….)
• Ensure users adoption of the projects by monitoring the users' acceptance
• Create training material & participate in user training
• Support the team leader in the preparation of projects KPIs / timelines & capacity plannings
• Work closely with the Business Transformation Team leader and escalate any issues or concerns

Your PROFILE:

• You have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or IT.
• You are fluent in English
• You are detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• You have 5+ years of relevant experience in the fields of alternative investment fund administration, audit firms or domiciliation
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage
• An experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.
