For our PDT (Platform Delivery Team) in Vilnius we are currently looking for an eFront Business Support Officer. We offer a young, dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career.

YOUR RESPONSABILITES:

  • Provide Level 1 support, including problem replication, documentation, triage, and resolution of eFront issues. Adhere to established SLAs for response and resolution times, ensuring timely and effective support for all eFront user’s inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure all eFront issues are properly logged and provide prompt and clear feedback on error resolutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations regarding eFront support needs.
  • Utilize ServiceNow to monitor support eFront tickets and document all eFront product issues raised by Operations.
  • Perform high level and detailed analysis of financial data from Operations teams across AD.
  • Maintain and update eFront documentation (including PDT procedures, eFront user guides, project specifications, test plans…)
  • Maintaining a consistent and timely communication between Operations and IT teams on daily bases to ensure that all business requirements are addressed.
  • Deliver eFront Trainings.
  • Seek opportunities to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve processes where appropriate.

YOUR PROFILE:

What we’ll look for on your CV:

  • Strong academic background, with degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or IT. Experience in the Financial Services industry is highly desirable.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, good communicational and collaboration skills
  • High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills.
  • Fluent in English;

Bonus Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working with Service-Now.
  • Experience within the fields of accounting or audit;
  • Experience with eFront application

Monthly base salary for this position is from 1750 EUR to 2330EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
