JOB DESCRIPTION:
Alter Domus is currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Yardi team at our Vilnius office.
You will:
- Take ownership of data quality and complex projects by working closely with development team
- Provide functional and technical support for Yardi users
- Build analytical solutions that will enhance user experience
- Provide qualitative analysis of business user needs and evaluate the feasibility of their requirements
- Design and Develop new features, solutions, and interfaces in line with best practices
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures and improve support documentation
- Keep projects on budget and on timeRegularly report on team and release progress using internal tools
- Work with business owners to secure user acceptance and support business operations during and after implementation
Your profile:
- Advanced SQL skills with proven experience in report development
- Knowledge of Yardi or other Fund Administration software
- University degree (master or bachelor) in IT or accounting
- Experience with agile software development lifecycle methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps)
- Highly motivated with a strong sense self-management and dynamic team work
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven experience handling high-level projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Fluent oral/written communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Office Tools
- Knowledge and experience with scripting (Ex: PowerShell)

Salary range: Salary for this role ranges from 2,800 to 4,100 gross per month depending on overall skills and experience brought to the role.
