JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and hands on Program Manager to lead a critical technology transformation program at Alter Domus. The program will focus on application modernization, database modernization, API platform adoption, and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). The role will require you to drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, and business teams in order to accelerate digital transformation efforts and achieve the program’s organizational goals.
Your Future Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the Technology Modernization Program across applications, databases, and identity management, ensuring successful implementation and smooth integrations and rapid adoption across the main pillars of the program:
- Application Modernization: Co-ordinate with Application and Database Engineering teams to implement application modernization and database modernization changes
- CIAM: Partner with Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to implement a robust CIAM framework that enhances user experience and security. Co-ordinate and ensure it’s adoption by existing and new Alter Domus applications.
- API Platform: Drive the new API Platform’s adoption by collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to define and implement best practices.
- Establish the delivery team and inspire confidence in the project through effective structuring of the program, with practical and effective governance and clear communication of progress and status to key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring we correctly prioritise time and resource on the program to execute against the key strategic priorities.
- Skilfully coordinate both internal stakeholders and external third-party suppliers to deliver the complex projects as part of the program.
- Influence key stakeholders to drive the program forward and achieve Technology Modernization objectives through quick and effective decision making.
- Proactively identify, assess & address risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring the successful execution of the program’s deliverables.
- Establish performance metrics to track the success of modernization initiatives.
- Drive change management efforts with client, produce and business operations stakeholders. Facilitating adoption and minimizing disruption during transformation initiatives.
Your Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in program management, leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of modern application architectures, database technologies, and cloud-native development.
- Experience with API platforms, microservices, and integration strategies.
- Knowledge of CIAM solutions and identity management best practices (e.g., Okta, Auth0).
- Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, translating business objectives into executable technology programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and security considerations.
- Experience working with third-party partners to deliver projects, particularly in a Financial Services environment.
- Pragmatic, organized, results-oriented, and client-focused.
- Resilient, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to work through complex situations in a changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail when reviewing information and producing plans.

Compensation Range:
The salary for this role shall range from 4000 - 5800 EUR gross per month. The final salary offered will depend on a candidates overall knowledge and experience that is brought to the role.
